Shri G. Kishan Reddy

Jai Shriram!
At this first opportunity, I would wholcheartedly like to thank Shri Jupally Krishna Rao Garu, Honourable Minister for Excise and Prohibition, Tourism and Culture, Government of Telangana, on behalf of Lokmanthan 2024 and Prajna Pravah.
As part of the commencement of Lokmanthan 2024 events, our proud son of Telugu soil and former Honourable Vice-President of India, Shri Venkaiah Naidu ji, inaugurated the Exhibition and Pavilion Stalls with a prayer. Lokmanthan 2024 is not limited to just an exhibition, but is certainly a curtain raiser, extending to four eventful days of other programmes as well. This huge four-day event is the brainchild of none other than Telangana’s Tourism and Culture Minister Shri Jupally Krishna Rao, who is the cornerstone of this extravaganza.

Confluence of Minds
In order to translate the ideas, goals and purpose of Lokmanthan, a broad spectrum of academicians, subject experts, performers, NGOs, philosophers, social thinkers, researchers, Padma recipients and other practitioners- alongside hundreds of artists will take part in the four-day Lokmanthan events. This cultural extravaganza will remain open to the public at large from morning till night at Shilparamam.
Coming to Shilpakalavedika, engaging discussions and deliberations will be held as part of Lokmanthan 2024-a chuming of our minds, with more than 2500 delegates participating, including delegates from abroad too. Tomorrow, our Honourable President Smt. Droupadi Murmu ji will officially inaugurate Lokmanthan 2024 at 10:00 a.m. Therefore, I request every delegate to be inside the Vedika by 9:00 a.m. Exhibitions and cultural performances will happen simultaneously throughout these four days.
Significance of Sangh
Moreover, it is our good fortune that Dr. Mohan Bhagwat ji, RSS Sarsanghchalak, will be present as a delegate throughout the three-day sessions and will offer direction and guidance to us on the last day as a keynote speaker. Therefore, I request you to understand the importance attached to Lokmanthan 2024.

In the same way, Honourable Union Finance Minister Smt. Dr. Nirmala Sitharaman, Honourable Union Finance Minister and Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Honourable Union Minister for Culture and Tourism, Government of India, will also participate and deliver enlightening keynote addresses.

To make the events of Lokmanthan 2024 a spectacular success, Telangana Prajna Pravah-in association with Itihas Sankalan Samithi, Samskara Bharati, Vignana Bharati, Adhivakta Parishad, Pragna Bharati, Akhil Bharatiya Sahitya Parishad, Bharatiya Shikshana Mandal and others-is coordinating and organising the seamless flow of events. Engaging Discussions
Lokmanthan 2024 will deeply engage and contemplate contemporary issues of politics, economy and society in a multi-dimensional way, including the future implications and the way forward for Bharat and the world at large.
Unity – A Call for Action
I once again welcome and urge the citizens of Bhagyanagar and Telangana to visit all the stalls, pavilions and exhibitions. For this programme, it has been decided that during these four days, no plastic should be used. Therefore, I request you all to kindly cooperate with the organisers and maintain their ‘no plastic’ stance. vI thank Shri Kishan Rao ji in advance for his full cooperation on behalf of Lokmanthan 2024 in helping us get this event off to a successful start. At the same time, I would like to address all my friends in the media about this four-day event. This is not a political event but an event concerning our nation, along with its different traditions, cultures and heritage. Therefore, I further urge you all for your full cooperation along with the best coverage possible in making this Lokmanthan a grand success.
