Supreme Revered Swamiji, esteemed Central Ministers, dedicated organisers of the Prajna Pravah biennial programme-Lokmanthan and honourable members of the reception committee, ladies and gentlemen …

As our gathering draws to a close, there is little left to say in conclusion. Yet, the time we have spent together, the profound discussions we have held and the wisdom we have shared call for deep reflection and purposeful implementation.

The Eternal Connection of Lok, Srishti and Dharma

The origin of Lok (People), Srishti (Creation) and Dharma (Righteousness) is one and the same. These three are inseparable and eternal. Existence thrives on their unity. While diversity is evident, it is but a manifestation of a singular, underlying reality. Our ancestors, through introspection and profound inquiry, discovered this universal truth. While the world at large ceased its quest for this truth, Bharat persisted, recognising that true happiness lies within, not in external pursuits.

Bharat’s Eternal Philosophy

The vision of unity, encapsulated in the principle of Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah (May all be happy), was realised by our ancestors. To put this vision into practice, Bharat was conceived as a tool for universal welfare. This profound thought shaped our civilization, from the sages meditating in the forests  to the farmers tilling the land. Society was self-regulated, with Vanvasis (forest dwellers) serving as custodians of nature. Governance was minimal, as social structures maintained harmony through the principles of Dharma.

Foreign Invasions and the Distortion of Our Systems

Our legal systems, once deeply rooted in Dharma, were replaced by foreign-imposed rule of law. Colonial rulers seized control of resources, weakening the foundation of self-governance. Today, we struggle to reclaim our history and identity-a situation that is both unfortunate and shameful. However, the true reason for our decline was not merely external invasion. It was our own forgetfulness of who we are. The erosion of our sense of unity made us vulnerable.

The Need for Self-Realisation and Revival

Sant Tukaram Maharaj once said, Ratra Dinama, Antar Bahya Jag Ani”—we must fight both within ourselves and in the external world. Our work today requires this dual effort: to restore our collective memory and rebuild society on the foundations of Dharma. India’s philosophy is not merely scientific; rather, science must align with India’s essence. Artificial intelligence and other modern advancements require ethical grounding and true ethics emerge from dharma.

India’s Unique Role in the World

While modern science is now beginning to recognise the concept of universal consciousness, India has preserved this understanding for millennia. Unlike the West, which is only now beginning to accept this truth mathematically, India has lived and experienced it. To restore our true identity, we must reframe our thought process. Rather than questioning whether India aligns with science, we should ask whether science aligns with Dharma.

increasingly looking towards India for solutions, having exhausted other alternatives. Rather than playing on their ground, we must bring the world to our ground. Our eternal Dharma and culture must be adapted to contemporary needs while preserving their core values.

Action towards Revival

Our work is not against anyone; it is a constructive effort to rebuild India. By uniting society, spreading awareness and living by our principles, we can ensure that India rises again to guide the world. With this vision, let us move forward with determination and unity.

Jai Bharat!

“Our work today requires this dual effort: to restore our collective memory and rebuild society on the foundations of Dharma … Our work is not against anyone; it is a constructive effort to rebuild India.”
